At Nahoria, we take pride in our handcrafted, made-to-order products. As such, we typically do not offer returns or refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • There was an error in your order (e.g., wrong item sent).

If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for consideration, products must be unused and in their original packaging. We will evaluate your request and, if approved, provide instructions for the return process.
